According to a report by news agency Zawya, state-owned Iranian firm
Telecommunications Infrastructure Company (TIC) has announced that it
plans to extend the National Internet Network (NIN) to achieve true
national coverage over the next twelve months.

Malaysia’s fixed line incumbent Telekom Malaysia is set to launch
commercial services over its newly constructed High Speed Broadband
(HSBB) network on 24 March, according to Bernama.

South Korean telco SK Broadband (SKB) and Datacraft, a wholly owned
subsidiary of global IT solutions and services provider Dimension Data,
have completed a project that saw the latter expand SKB’s network
capacity with a view to addressing rising demand for multimedia
services.
