World-Link is an integrated communications provider marketing communications solutions to targeted customer markets by combining networks, applications and value added services with on-line management, self-service and support.

World-Link will use many alternatives channels of distribution to reach these target markets with self-service for the distributor, customer and end-user being a major part of our strategy. This reduces the acquisition and support cost of such commoditized services such as long-distance and ISP services and allows us to focus on delivering unique solutions and other high-margin bundles of services that tend to "lock-in" the customer for the long-run by creating a barrier to competitors trying to duplicate the delivered service mix and price.

Currently World-Link has customer relationships with hundreds of other carriers and industry business partners as well as tens of thousands of small business and residential customers. This base allows us to continually test new product ideas and solutions through many direct and indirect sales channels and with diverse service offerings form many suppliers.
