Hungary’s second largest mobile operator by subscribers Pannon is to be
renamed Telenor, local newswire MTI reports without citing its sources.
Pannon, a wholly owned subsidiary of Telenor of Norway, was the first
firm to offer GSM-based services in the country when it launch in 1994.

The Dutch broadband market numbered more than six million subscribers at
the end of December 2009, writes Telecompaper.
