Enterprise 360networks, being leading industry player in providing premises-based wholesale VoIP soltions,has announced the release of its brand new customer portal labeled ‘’360connect’’. 360connect, as noted by company officials,is designed for customers to process their VoIP-associated operations with 360networks, conveniently from their desktop.
Additionally VoIP solutions vendor is looking forward to launch an option to incorporate all the internal applications directly into 360networks's operational taxonomy and managing VoIP related services by means of an Application Programming Interface (API). The new portal includes capabilities of phone numbers reserving and activating, placing directory listings orders, reviewing inventory, complete processing of trouble tickets, managing local number portability (LNP) inquires and others. "We are constantly looking for methods to improve our customers' experience," stated Nick Reifschneider, VoIP product director for 360networks. "360connect makes it massively easier than ever to execute business with 360networks, canalizing administrative operations while still managing the responsive service our customers have come to expect." ‘’The new service has added a personal touch to the VoIP solutions already offered by the company, said Megan Outcalt, LNP/provisioning manager for JAB Broadband. "We are quite pleased with the simplicity 360connect provides; but, we know we can always get live support when we need it." Moreover, 360networks ensures a broad spectrum of wholesale services, portfolio consists with Transit, Private Line, and Ethernet services, all these rooted from a one single operational source, company officials said. Its facilities-based network provides deep coverage, spanning 18,500 miles to tier 1 to 4 U.S. markets and British Columbia. In June 2011 company announced that carrier Montana Opticom has chosen its new Ethernet Virtual Private Line (EVPL) service. Leveraging the 360networks EVPL service, Montana Opticom will acquire more benefits from a more scalable, cost effective and reliable connectivity alternative than traditional TDM or other connectivity solutions, as described by company officials.
