The provider and vendor of integrated telecommunications services Arkadin Inc., has announced a strategic cooperation and partnership with NTT Bizlink, Inc., a subsidiary of NTT Communications Corporation, one of the global leaders in telecoms industry, in order to launch the video conferencing and telepresence services delivery to Japanese market.
