Enterprise BroadSoft, Inc. has announced it has successfully finished the acquisition of iLinc Communications Inc., based in Phoenix, Arizona, being one of the prominent providers of cloud collaboration services for global businesses, governmental organizations, entities of education and health care.
Having all the set of the acquired extensive capabilities, iLinc address all the crucial web collaboration needs of businesses of all sizes, throughout a full spectrum of industries, whether holding some kind of internal meetings with colleagues in distant locations, or to launch the informative customer and sales webinars, to execute massive training courses online with several thousand participants. As the element of BroadSoft's commitment to delivering innovative Unified Communications (UC) services to global service providers, iLinc's web collaboration utilities will be implemented as the integral BroadCloud(R) Web Collaboration, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based web collaboration service that makes organizations to efficiently get in mutual contacts, learn and collaborate in all the possible environments.
