Colombian substantial industry player ALDIA Logistica, a logistics operator, has selected TelOnline SAS for a contract to implement VoIP telephony solution that would improve overall business phone services and unified communications in the country. The solution provided by TelOnline consists with VoIP telephony, supported by full recording features incorporated into the shipping tracking system, as well as automatic dialer server managed from dispersed locations in Bogota, Medellin and Cali.
The platform is built on Switchvox SMB AA305, a Grandstream GXW4104 VoIP Gateway that transforms traditional analog lines to IP and an auto-dialer solution designed and customized by TelOnline to ensure convenient management and control of the logistics procedures and operations.
