Company 2nd Nature upgrades its unified voice management tool
One of most prominent providers of self-service and automated telecom administration along with MAC built management software, company Unimax Systems Corporation has rolled out a new version of 2nd Nature, its Unified Voice administration application.
2nd Nature incorporates PBX, voicemail, enterprise data bases and associated directories in order to implement the centric approach telecom management tasks. The new version augments 2nd Nature's capabilities to manage and handle single and multi-vendor telecom environments by expanding particular functionality to enforce its reporting dashboard, web services tools, and self-service telecom handling. Other improvements include the ability to reconfigure keys and substitute the phone type on Cisco Unified Communication Manager phones, thus delivering new status fields on Avaya Communication Manager Stations, managing the processes of extensions on Avaya Modular Messaging, and many more. "Some of the most essential involve delivering capabilities to expose critical telecom data finalized by much better visibility and productivity. 2nd Nature consists with an advanced, web-based telecom dashboard that empowers interactive charts, graphs, and reports from PBX, voicemail, and directories. Our new dashboard enhancements make excellent versatility in tracking down telecom data and then using that data to minimize telecom cost and improve service levels. We have also massively improved our web services. Built particularly for Telecom and IT departments, voice system integrators, managed service providers, and all third party operators, our web services and related software development kit (SDK) contain a sophisticated set of tools to create, test, and deploy smart customers telecom administration applications. These tools are now more powerful and easier to deploy than ever."
