Company Enventis expands its VoIP portfolio in US Midwest
Enterprise Enventis, being the subsidiary of company HickoryTech and a provider of hosted VoIP bundles, celebrates its 10th anniversary of its innovative product: SingleLink Unified Communications solution. SingleLink ensures a monolith centrally operated hosted VoIP communications service that is designed to replace whole array of voice and data hardware, services and carriers and vendors at large business enterprises.
Enventis recently released several operational enhancements to SingleLink such as a newly created, feature-rich voice mail platform and money-saving packages that delivers to customers asset of unique features at affordable prices. "The 10-year anniversary of SingleLink Unified Communications is the meaningful milestone for Enventis," stated Carol Wirsbinski, chief operating officer at Hickorytech, in a statement. "Being a first organization offering hosted VoIP services, we have got continued enhancements to our SingleLink Unified Communications service." Enventis works in industry of integrated voice, data and network communication solutions to enterprises and service providers in the region of US upper Midwest. The company leverages its multi-layered fiber optic network to provide IP telephony, powerful transport services and Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS). Care Providers of Minnesota, a statewide non-profit trade association, says SingleLink solution helped them achieve important cost savings and improved the productivity of its employees. "Our target was to select a system that would support us in the future and increase productivity and SingleLink has proved to do just that," said Nancy McCoy, director of office management at Care Providers of Minnesota, in a statement. "We know we made the right decision in choosing Enventis. It's rare to get such wonderful service." At the beginning 2011 Enventis announced it expanded its Total Care support and monitoring service for network and unified communications. The service is enhanced with a new monitoring system, additional support features and a dedicated service account manager.
