Enterprise TeamViewer, one of the global popular providers of remote control and cloud based presentation software, has released TeamViewer 7 Beta, equipped with an innovative combination of brand new features for online meetings and remote control that are reported to be one of the best collaborated solutions on the market.
Continuing the series of innovations in the remote access and control software being used on millions of computers across the world, the new version provides excellent new fully-equipped meetings solution for up to 25 participants that provides the easiest way to conduct online meetings. TeamViewer 7 Beta can book up meetings in advance, integrated as a Microsoft Outlook meeting scheduling, or they can start just with one click. Advances to the telecommunications features mean that customers can now collaborate as if they were sitting in the very same office or hall, sharing one screen. Users enjoy full interactive capabilities with all other participants, capable to see, hear, keep conversation, use the white board and smoothly share files through the common file box. The presenter can also pause, stop and record meetings sessions that can then be transformed into an AVI file, and participants can take part and access from smartphones, tablets, or computers and can be alerted to meetings through e-mail or Microsoft Outlook invitations that provide a one-click URL. TeamViewer 7 Beta delivers a set of advances to improve remote access and control, by means of : drag & drop file transfer - Documents or complete folders can be dragged from a session window to a local computer, or opposite direction, to and from any place - even directly into an Outlook e-mail! - Multi-monitor support - Now it is possible to have different session windows for each monitor, enabling users to see two or more remote screens on two or more local screens. Another option is so called “Save connection” settings - Advanced settings adjustments can be saved for each partner to avoid adjusting the options each time a remote session begins, allowing users to begin working the instant they are connected. Session recordings: Remote control sessions now not only can be recorded, but they can also be converted into a handy AVI file for later editing and sharing. Screenshots from the toolbar: Advances with general documentation have been improved, such as a new screenshots feature that allows users the ability to keep track of anything that occurs during a remote session. TeamViewer Manager: well leveraged performance improvements due to optimizations of database queries - up to 4 times faster than before. "Many organizations use separate solutions for remote control and online meetings," said Holger Felgner, General Manager at TeamViewer. "TeamViewer 7 not only ensures numerous innovative features for the remote control of computers, but it also integrates a completely new meetings solution for up to 25 participants in the very same product. Our focus is to create the most easy-to-use software for instant or planned meetings, offering cross-platform capabilities that include iPhone, iPad and Android devices. With TeamViewer 7, our customers get two products for the price of one - a cost effective, simple solution." As with all TeamViewer solutions, every communication between the viewer and the viewed computer or computers is encrypted with AES 256-bit encoding, providing maximum security.
