Company Edgewater Networks has announced that Panasonic's SIP technology based telephones are fully compatible with their dedicated Plug and Dial solution. All major series of Panasonic telephones has acquired Plug & Dial certification in framework of EdgeView version 11.7.2.
By means of deployment EdgeMarc ESBC and the EdgeView VoIP Support platform, the so called Plug & Dial solution dynamically automates the management of a broad lineup of VoIP phones. This automation massively cuts operating expenditures and improves the customer experience for those providers offering cloud communications and associated services. This initiative enables service providers to implement Edgewater Networks' Plug & Dial product to minimize the hosted PBX deployment times and ease steps and re-configurations.The solution implements intuitive user friendly prompts designed for the end-user to speed up 'self-configuration,' and this process removes pre-staging or manual activities with the VoIP phones. The solution also brings up alerts and notifications to existing OSS or billing platforms at the end of the automated VoIP phone re-configuring.
