Enterprise Inova Solutions announced its innovative middleware appliance, Inova LightLink, is fully suitable with company’s Aspect Unified IP 6.6 and 7.0 next-generation contact centre. LightLink ensures operational connectivity to databases, workforce management utilities, outbound callers, as well as automatic call distributors, such as Aspect Unified IP, to manage metrics, indicators and supportive messages with further intelligent display of them on specific LED call center wallboards, LCD screens, Web dashboards, and agent desktop utilities.
