Fujitsu releases innovative cloud based VoIP transition utility
Company Fujitsu has announced the release of its global Dynamic Infrastructures Blocks (DI Blocks), designed for enabling enterprises to launch a modular, incremental approach toward consolidating and overhauling their datacenters.
In a release, the Fujitsu has described details of its new product: an enterprises acquires a competitive edge from DI Blocks by delivering the capability of their IT operations and processes to be always available to address ever growing business needs, and ready for on-premise private cloud infrastructures. A specific interface that completely automates datacenter elements and sectors, DI Blocks are comprised of concerted server, storage, network and visualization technology, collaborated by means of integrated dynamic resource management software. Array of infrastructure resources in datacenters makes enterprises to provision IT procedures and services. In case of Operational needs change; DI Blocks provide a safe haven from the complexity and sturdiness of next-generation basic technology. Datacenters are turned into automated pools of computing data and resources. With the further developments, integration and lifetime services, such as hardware and operating system maintenance, can be delivered by Fujitsu dedicated consulting and operations support services. Pre-integrated, factory-configured, customized DI Blocks enable enterprises to shift all the provisions into highly scalable private cloud-based computing environments. The cost is minimized by improving the overall use of server, storage, software and networking components. IT resources are distributed on-demand, delivering productivity by provisioning logical infrastructure operations within minutes.Fujitsu boasted that enterprises can dynamically assign computing components as and when needed with handling software such as the Fujitsu ServerView Resource Orchestrator managing all hardware as well as virtual elements, including virtualization technology from Fujitsu partners VMware and Microsoft. ServerView Resource Orchestrator supports the fast implementation of IT resources in private clouds through dynamic resource management for physical and virtual computing resources and leverages the public cloud expertise of Fujitsu. Jens-Peter Seick, Senior VP, Product Development Group at Fujitsu Technology Solutions noted: "For large companies, it is nearly impossible to foresee future resource requirements from IT systems, but having the DI Blocks it is possible to create flexible, future-proof systems that are versatile and agile enough to meet ever-changing needs. This demonstrates a whole transit in how forward-looking companies are making the move to IT that supports their needs, rather than being restricted by rigid, outdated systems." Fujitsu is a provider of information and communication technology (ICT)-based business solutions for the global marketplace.
