Company M5 Networks, the market prominent player in fields of unified communications and hosted, managed VoIP, has reported about successful acquisition of call center software provider Callfinity, on of the Inc. 5000 list member.
In accordance with the terms of the acquisition, Callfinity’s CTO Patrick Conroy will enter M5 Networks as vice president of technology, and will be responsible for the management of the company's largest customers. The acquisition means that M5 will continue to create, sell and support Callfinity's technology. Additionally, such an acquisition has ensured the option for M5 to provide mid-sized clientele access to sophisticated IP contact center solutions and technologies. As a result, M5 will now enjoy better outreach to businesses with high end call center demands.

"In acquiring Callfinity, we're acquiring a powerhouse combination of great contact center technology and contact center experts," said Dan Hoffman, CEO of M5, "Callfinity's intuitive contact center interface will augment our hosted, managed VoIP offering."

The acquisition is actual demonstration of M5’s growing performance within the unified communications industry and market.
