UK based VoIP telephony provider Telappliant, committed to serve small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs), has announced about deployment of a new VoIP solution to minimize call waiting times, cut telephony expenses and improve common managerial productivity in more than 25 countries.
AngloINFO is the global network of websites for English speaking community living abroad. The network operates 87 regional and national websites serving more than 80 million page views monthly for approximately 2.5 million users by delivering support and information on living in and moving to a new country. Henry Ayres, Head of Technology at AngloINFO, described, "Our VoIP telephony network was operating on an Asterisk Appliance PBX system which required massive amounts of time and technical expertise to support. Huge call volumes were also resulting the landlines to be jammed frequently. This problem was imposed by the trends of calls from franchisees to be lasted for twenty minutes or even more. As a result, incoming calls were frequently queuing for considerable periods or simply dropped down. Our old telephony system was unsuccessful to support our daily needs and future expansion plans, so we have selected Telappliant for a complete review in search of a scalable telephony solution to meet our challenges, and to support continuously growing amounts of remote employees and foreign franchisees." AngloINFO operated with a particular Telappliant account manager to test several business VoIP solutions and taken the VoIPOffice Hosted package, which is IP PBX telephony system hosted by Telappliant throughout the country. VoIPOffice Hosted allowed AngloINFO to use advantage of comprehensive telephony features without annoying works of hardware or maintenance supports. It also conjoined business communications from different destinations around the world under a single high performance IP telephony platform." AngloINFO also integrated Telappliant's Business Multi Plan, which delivered together landline and mobile calling minutes for UK, European and International locations in one collaborated low-cost call plan. Ayres adds, "Our entity now benefits from a VoIP telephone service that effectively supports our business needs. Telappliant hosts our phone system, so no system’s technical maintenance is needed on our part and there is always some capabilities of potential growth. We can also input extra telephone lines as and when we need them. Telappliant provides us with a resilient, cost effective, robust telephony system. It also offers capabilities such as managing incoming calls to prevent the problem of lines jamming, a virtual receptionist so that every caller is attended to in a timely way, and automatic call distribution and ring groups to redirect calls when lines are busy. In order to support remote workers, VoIPOffice also includes features such as follow me, call forwarding, caller ID and voice messages via email. The switch over to Telappliant has ensured us to offer a more timely and professional service and we are happy with the results." Tan Aksoy, Chief Executive Officer at Telappliant, stated, "VoIP telephony is a telephone system established to deliver voice communication over the Internet. It's efficient, fast, reliable and cost-effective - and more importantly it's smooth for your staff and clients. Companies should not be frightened by VoIP nor the wording that surrounds it. VoIP is a simple yet scalable solution that grows with your business, and it can provide a spectrum of phone numbers for different destinations to help you outstretch your operations beyond your current geographical location. Not all VoIP solutions are equal so choose a robust system that offers additional functionalities without extra cost."
