Voice-based marketing automation platform Ifbyphone has announced a new partnership that provides to Zendesk customers the possibility to integrate the Ifbyphone Widget into their customer support platform. A partnership massively changes the way support teams operate by integrating Ifbyphone's virtual call center features and automated voice mail within Zendesk. Fully supported help desks now manage phone calls within the same platform as other support tickets in a rapid way, removing the probabilities of misplaced or ignored messages.

By means of integration with Ifbyphone, Zendesk customers can drive the efficiency, collaboration and customer satisfaction. Zendesk has recognized the value of making Ifbyphone's services available to its more than 10,000 help desk customers. Zendesk users are able to configure a virtual call center for customer services or support teams. Ifbyphone processes customer calls to an available operator, notifies the agent about who is calling, and then connects the caller to the agent. Additional functionality enables agents to display their business phone number for outbound calls, even when working remotely. If callers reach voice mail, Ifbyphone produces a Zendesk ticket with a label of the message and a link to the audio file.
