Indorsoft expands operational presence in Eastern Europe in matters of Asterisk VoIP call centres
Enterprise Indosoft Inc., vendor and designer of so called Q-Suite, a Call Center ACD Software for Asterisk, has announced the successful implementation of a innovative project: distributed contact center operation for East-European Communication Services (EECS). By augmenting next remote Asterisk telephony server to their existing contact center operation powered by Q-Suite, EECS has completely scaled and reached a globally distributed operational setup with operations in two separated locations, at Kiev and Zhitomir in Ukraine. The Call Center ACD and Dialer for both locations is centrally operated and managed by the single console of Q-Suite at Kiev.

For the growth of contact center operations at Zhitomir, it was a unique and affordable move to add an additional Asterisk telephony server to the existing Q-Suite ACD. This makes us to outreach a distributed workforce with central management of all ACD and dialer operations from Kiev."
