Indosoft provides Asterisk based contact center application for ACG
Enterprise Indosoft , a provider of contact center software and technology solutions for VoIP opens source software Asterisk, announced that its Q-Suite contact center software for Asterisk has been deployed by Advanced Communications Group (ACG), a call center service provider.
Indosoft described that Q-suite is its call center platform for Asterisk which features a completely configurable mid-tier “Q-Pump” with a comprehensive ACD and a “Trunk-tracker” capable of running several telephony servers. The application is reported to be designed for multi-tenant deployment and appears with a full-feature ACD and an effective predictive dialer and the call center software ACD enables integration of chat and e-mail.
ACG stated in specific press release that with Q-Suite it will be able to realize an advanced Call Center ACD and Dialer for the Asterisk telephony platform. ACG now operates a reliable, sophisticated VoIP platform with enhanced contact center software feature-sets to cover customer contact programs.
Basic features and advantages of the Q-Suite call center software are: multi-tenant call center software for Asterisk; ACD with Skills Based Routing and Queue Prioritization; automatic self pacing FCC compliant Predictive Dialer with Preview and Agent Ready dialing capabilities; web based Agent Screens or native Windows client using API based on .NET or TCP/IP socket library; GUI based Dialplan Builder to arrange sophisticated IVR; lead and list functionality with a robust CRM; advanced Script Builder tool for customizing scripts in Agent Screens and more.
