Company LiveVox Inc., the vendor of the Private VoIP Cloud and integrated contact center solutions announced the initiation of its channel partner program. Dedicated program will enable telecom agents, network consultants and other associated partners to expand revenue and maximize their performance for call center clients by means of their relationship with LiveVox. LiveVox implements a fully scalable multi-carrier IP/MPLS network to offer multi-tenant cloud contact center utilities such as ACD, dialer, IVR, recording and campaign management.

"When built on a secure, reliable foundation of MPLS and conjoined with a ground-up, multi-tenancy platform, the cloud has the capability to resolve merely all traditional constraints within the call center such as capacity provisioning and call routing." Attached with the cloud-based switching, the PCI-certified LiveVox application simplifies network taxonomy and delivers more rapid transfers to and between contact centers, minimizing amounts of dropped calls and improving service levels. Cloud capacity management enables contact centers to evolve layers of the technology stack simultaneously in real-time, managing call volume fluctuations and capacity needs as they happen.
