Major distributor of Grandstream phones in South-East Asian market company Micro United Networks (MUN) announced the launch of dedicated partnership with enterprise 3CX, a vendor of VoIP phones and PBX systems, to create and bid to market low-cost phone systems for any-sized businesses.
3CX is the designer and creator of 3CX Phone System – an open source Unified Communications platform for Windows that is fully suitable with major SIP phones and designed to replace a traditional proprietary PBX. The terms of collaboration designates MUN to be delivering businesses in the South-East Asian market with a competitively implemented Windows-based VoIP PBX phone system applications that ensures quality with simultaneous cuts in monthly telephone and administrative costs, company officials boast. Moreover, MUN is planning to offer complete 3CX training and support for all 3CX resellers within South-East Asia. The partnership will enable Micro United resellers to bring up turnkey VoIP solutions and/or configure their own custom based communication applications suiting the needs of end customers, said Sathish Kumar, CEO, Micro United Network, in a statement. “With this partnership, we believe we can add true value to our resellers with a unique product offering supplemented by our distribution support activities.” MUN already offers Grandstream telephones NET/Quintum , Genband, & Hypermedia. With the integrating of 3CX, the company enables its dedicated partners to offer an integrated IT platform for voice, data and multimedia to enhance their customers’ productivity and performance goals, according to press release. 3CX has been growing up its sales channel in Asia. Recently the company appointed MVC as a distributor within the South Asian market. Micro United Networks’ appointment is a major step in covering the South-East Asian markets, as describe company officials. “By combining 3CX and our other product ranges, we are confident that the partnership with 3CX offers our existing and prospective accounts the best business phone system features at just the right price. We will be informing our resellers with regards to the various discounts that will be available as well as informing all our partners when our first 3CX Training Event will take place,” noted CEO Sathish Kumar.
