Company Infratel, developer and vendor of the dedicated MightyCall Platform, has announced the achieved operational compatibility between the MightyCall platform and the sophisticated line-up of Parallels Hosting and cloud-built solutions, such as Business Automation Standard, Automation, and Plesk Panel.
The complete interoperability makes Parallels subscribers to rapidly deliver MightyCall SMBs telephone services to market as a collateral offering in current packages, accounting and provisioning engines. So, for instance, Parallels Plesk Panel collaboration enables managers to augment MightyCall features into their Plesk application listing, rendering the services readily accessible for all Plesk Panel customer base. By collaborating at the interface level, MightyCall ensures an additional revenues capabilities for hosters of all scales, starting from additional services, in a well proven format to boost an Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and minimise level of clients ‘ churn.
