VoIP giant and cloud based solutions provider 8x8 has announced a universal business VoIP and cloud communications solution tailored uniquely to address needs of single person operations within a home-based businesses, telecommuters and mobile business entrepreneurs.
The new solution Virtual Office Solo has a set of features consisting with voicemail, call recording and forwarding, Internet fax and unlimited local and long-distance in the North America for flat monthly fee.

Customers receive a unique business phone number and configured specific VoIP service via web-based soft client. Calls can be processed to any handset, and the system includes call handling features that allow for pre-requisite rules to send calls to preferred end point if Internet service is in a outage, for specific callers or calls from a specific area code, or even based on the time of day. The system consists with all standard set of feature s such as voicemail, call waiting, music on hold, caller ID, three-way calling and the option to record calls for archiving as a digital audio files.
The system also contains free downloadable mobile apps that makes users to place and receive calls through iOS and Android devices while displaying their Virtual Office Solo phone number as the Caller ID.
