Callture Upgrades Wholesale VoIP Solution with DID Management Tools

The upgrade improves the solution by adding DID provisioning tools that include management, account setup, device registration, billing and usage.

Managing Plans
The turnkey VoIP solution now includes tools that let you manage monthly plans for your customers. This includes the ability to create an unlimited number of pay-as-you-go plans, for any destination—and include DIDs from any available country.
Setting up VoIP Accounts
The process of provisioning DIDs and SIP accounts is streamlined in the new version of Callture’s solution. Using a multi-step, flexible process, you can add a DID number from the desired location, select a plan, and choose a SIP device configuration.
Registering Devices Automatically
The upgraded VoIP solution from Callture lets you configure a SIP device model using the TFTP server, and then automatically register client devices. Several pre-configured models are available, for which only a MAC address is needed.
End-User Billing
The solution’s end-user billing tools also have been upgraded. Now Callture’s VoIP service is completely integrated with your existing client accounts, as well as e-commerce and payment gateways. Clients can view statements online. Using templates provided, you also can set up automated notifications for clients.
Controlling Usage
Now you can use the same method to set up VoIP accounts as you would for prepaid PINs. A prepaid long distance balance can be added to each account, and be auto-recharged when it goes below a specified amount.
