A major report on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and its potential for Africa will be released by the CTO on 15th November, following a 9-month study on the adoption of the technology in the continent. “The CTO works to make all ICT advances meaningful to all and especially the most excluded ones. VoIP stands out in many ways, as a means to help provide access to telephony to those who are yet to experience it, and also significantly reduce the usage cost for those who make limited use of their phone” said Nick Cabrera, Director of Business Development at the CTO.
