Global Crossing has introduced Integrity, a visibility and reporting capability that has been added to the company`s Application Performance Management service. The new tool, designed for enterprise network managers, provides key performance and reporting indicators such as per call MOS metrics. Other features include end-to-end, real-time, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and one second increment data gathering.     Managers can configure Integrity to report performance based on a time specification or to identify certain segments of traffic such as the sites with the highest number of VoIP call flows or the worst performing sites based on call quality for the selected time period.   Separately, Global Crossing has introduced VoIP Community Peering, an extranet community for enterprises and their business partners that allows the group to all share an on-net VoIP service without implementing a private number dialing plan. To use the service, all parties must use the company`s VoIP Local Service.   Recently, the service provider quadrupled the capacity of its PoP to PoP core to support multiple 10 Gbps speeds, while providing a Terabit capable hub that serves as a migration path for speeds up to OC-768.   Global Crossing also announced that it has expanded its partnership with Broadwing, providing the enterprise service provider with global availability of the Layer 3 MPLS component of its converged serices VPN suite.
