SMEs to embrace IP telephony

According to new research from In-Stat, a significant number of small and medium-sized businesses will, over the course of this year, fully embrace IP telephony to harnesses the power of the internet in business communications.
The survey shows that more than 30 per cent of firms, including those with less than 100 employees, are interested in and, more importantly, planning to adopt IP telephony solutions in 2005.
