Poland's CDMA-420 network operator Nordisk is reported by local media to have signed a contract with Chinese equipment vendor Huawei to expand its network.
The Telepolis website says that Huawei is replacing ZTE as the operator's usual supplier.

It was also noted that Wojciech Kamenecki has stepped down as Chairman of the company, and will be replaced by former Siemens executive, Mariusz Zejdler. No reason for the resignation was given.

Polish mobile network operator Polkomtel brought Nordisk in August last year from its shareholders NFI Midas and Roman Karosik for a price of PLN11.795 million (USD3.55 million). The Polish company was part of the Nordic group Nordisk Mobiltelefon, which went bankrupt earlier last year.
