As it was before, calling and fax procedures provisioning was time-consuming, however, since now providers can access the same data within OCM portal in an effective and rapid manner. Having regular on-demand access, providers’ offices are prevented from anxieties about operating within regular call center working hours. The utility ensures truly interactive tools of Patient’s exams management, viewing all of their OCM-scheduled exams and other elements of appointments, rescheduling can be executed if needed. Solution can effectively upload associated medical reports, manage claims, provision authorizations and many other functions.
