Oregon University selects INX VoIP technology for empowering Cisco centric solution
Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) has chosen enterprise INX to integrate a Cisco centric-model Unified Communications solution. INX is an American provider of VoIP and IP based telecommunications and data center/cloud infrastructure solutions for big enterprise level businesses.
It is expected, that deployment of a Cisco Unified Communications solution will combine telephony, voicemail and contact center features configured to address OHSU specific business needs, OHSU takes INX as their integration partner. Telecommunications requirements are arrayed having nearly 14,000 employees across 450 business units, OHSU will select the Cisco-based solution, as it was announced recently. A major factor in choosing INX for this project, INX's innovative project deployment methodology, named the “Strategic Delivery Framework” (SDF), eliminates risk of complicated IT implementation and holistic business-process transformation. Recently, INX declared about achievement of Cisco Cloud Builder designation in frames of Cisco Cloud Partner Program. With the designation, INX will now be capable to distribute and deploy Cisco network-centric, end-to-end cloud solutions for end-customers and cloud based operators. Mark Hilz, President and CEO of INX, said that they are extremely pleased to be one of the first partners to achieve a badge in Cisco's new Cloud Partner Program. The Csico Cloud Partner Program is designed to enables channel partners to build a Cisco-centric end-to-end cloud solutions and professional services practice. As part of the program, INX will now have competencies across all Cisco infrastructure components, cloud management applications, and a formal cloud professional services practice. INX, like all other members in the program, will also receive training to enhance their competencies in selling and implementing cloud offerings that include Cisco cloud infrastructure and third-party utilities.
