Company RealLinx, a US provider of managed broadband, VoIP and Internet security for the small and medium sized businesses, acquired Best of Show Best On-Site Product Launch at recent ITEXPO West in Austin, for its exclusive VoiceLinx Video Conferencing Service. RealLinx's VoiceLinx Video Conferencing Service is built on Vidtel's hosted MeetMe Video Conferencing Service.
Enterprise Vidtel is a technology cutting edge cloud-based service enabler with the concept of unlimited end-to-end video conferencing solution. More than 7,000 attendees has been counted at ITEXPO and the RealLinx-Vidtel win surpasses hundreds of other products. With the release of VoiceLinx Video Conferencing, RealLinx augments their video conferencing capabilities as the hosted PBX portfolio. The RealLinx VoiceLinx Hosted PBX Services use NetSapiens applications as the operational platform. VoiceLinx already includes hunt groups, auto-attendants, queuing, voicemail to email, find me follow me, and audio conferencing. Currently, by means of partnership with Vidtel, RealLinx offers a video conferencing solution that smoothly can be incorporated into the VoiceLinx Hosted PBX. VoiceLinx Video Conferencing ensures multiple offices or remote employees to be directly connected face-to-face without travel. The service supports numerous desktop endpoints, including the Polycom VVX 1500, supports PSTN dial in for audio-only participants, and integrates GoogleTalk and Skype (beta) across the Vidtel network. As it was before from technology point of view, video conferencing solutions had to be associated with the purchase of expensive premised-based video bridging equipment or the use of a supported interface bridges, entirely separate from the PBX. Now, endpoints with video capabilities can leverage continuous video conference bridge that is performed as just another extension on the hosted PBX. For low monthly subscription rates, SMEs can add a video conferencing solution to their VoiceLinx Hosted PBX. Providing feature rich communications in a managed service model, VoiceLinx keeps the strategy to replace large capital expenditures with an affordable monthly communications service. "Video is the most disruptive force in the market right now," said Gabriel Diaz, president of RealLinx. "Finally video conferencing is becoming more affordable to SMBs and we are adjusting our services with Vidtel to address this fast-growing market need." "We are not surprised that RealLinx won the award at ITEXPO for Best SMB Solution for the VoiceLinx Video Conferencing Service, based on Vidtel's MeetMe service. The market is now ready for a cost-effective, high-quality video conferencing solution for SME customers and RealLinx is set up to deliver it," said Scott Wharton, CEO of Vidtel.
