T-Mobile implements multi-functional IP platform
Enterprise T-Mobile Netherlands has deployed cloud built all-in-IP business communications platform designed and developed by Interactive Intelligence Group.
T-Mobile has forwarded this fundamental decision because of well-recognized performance of the Interactive Intelligence platform featured by massive versatility, vast span of capabilities, and operationally proven and confirmed cloud environment, as stated by T-Mobile Netherlands representatives in the dedicated press-release. "We always had had quite unique expectations and quite sound vision for shifting our customer service deployments into the cloud," added officials in the document. "We have taken the Interactive Intelligence solution because it most effectively aligned with our set of expectations from its most modern conjoined single-platform, omni-directional operational taxonomy, and its safe and highly scalable balanced cloud design." The new platform, built in framework of Interactive Intelligence Communications-as-a-Service, will dynamically support more than 500 staff at the T-Mobile detachments in Europe, according to officials. "By means of centric approach to our telecommunications handling algorithms for telephony calls, emailing, social media, we look forward to deliver more efficient, resilient and customer-committed service," boasted representatives. "We implemented our basic platforms almost eight years ago and they have appeared increasingly inefficient and poor in features," added T-Mobile Austria's representatives from company’s customer operations. "The Interactive Intelligence cloud built application will make us to integrate working traffics into a one synergy for improved operational transparency within multi-channeled operations, so we can expand the whole efficiencies and smart-tune services." T-Mobile has taken the Interactive Intelligence Communications-as-a-Service solution in joint project with the T-Mobile Austria and Deutsche Telekom AG. The project is expected to be finished by the end of August 2013. Company is a worldwide deliverer of contact center automated platforms, unified communications, and other machinery of automation for business duty software and services. The corporate unified all-in-IP business telecommunications platforms can be efficiently implemented either on-premise or thru the cloud. Company boasts more than 5,000 clients across the globe, with the staff of nearly 1,400 individuals, with the headquarters in Indiana.
