Tone Software Offers ReliaTel Turnkey Delivery Option
Tone Software Corporation, the worldwide supplier of network monitoring and management solutions for converged telecommunications and IT infrastructures, has declared the general availability of a Turnkey delivery option for its ReliaTel VoIP quality of service and Converged Infrastructure Management software.
Company announces that its ReliaTel solution delivers a platform-agnostic VoIP QoS and merged infrastructure management system in a single application, currently available in a fully-hosted or premises-based deployment and licensing option. The new solution, named as ReliaTel hybrid Turnkey model unites the best features of the premises-based and hosted models into a particular business offering that ensures financial, operational and managerial advantages for both managed service providers and businesses.

The ReliaTel Turnkey solutions physically is embedded into the corporate or MSP LAN environment, and includes full manufacturer supplied installation, management and support of the ReliaTel platform, being supported by a licensing incorporated into a monthly program instead of a outright purchase. By implementing this configuration, voice support teams use full advantages of ReliaTel to manage their converged voice environments, without the requirement to maintain the host platform, and without the necessity of an initial capital expenditure.

"MSPs and enterprises are often attracted to the financial and manpower benefits of hosted management models, but reluctant to allow their critical data to leave their environments and be collected at vendor hosting locations," said Amit Kapoor, director of strategic technology advancement, Tone Software Corporation. "Because the ReliaTel hybrid Turnkey model combines a premises-based deployment with a hosted support and licensing structure, critical QoS and performance data stays securely within the enterprise or MSP LAN environment, while still providing the desired financial and manpower benefits. As a result, MSPs and enterprises can securely manage their QoS and converged network performance, while freeing up valuable financial and human resources for pressing projects."

The innovative model includes onsite vendor support, pre-configured host operating system and database, as well as the full ReliaTel Management Application for VoIP QoS Analytics and Converged Infrastructure Management. Starting with the on-site deployment and training, which is executed by Tone Professional Services Engineers, ReliaTel distant administration support is executed by Company’s PSEs.

"In today's economic climate, businesses and MSPs are struggling to find the financial and human resources to aggressively advance their business communications initiatives," said Shirley Balarezo, chief executive officer, Tone Software Corporation. "The new ReliaTel Turnkey model is designed to deliver a high-value convergence management solution in a business model that eliminates financial and human resource barriers, empowering both enterprises and MSPs to efficiently and cost-effectively achieve their advanced communications business initiatives."
