Tone Software Corporation, the worldwide supplier of network monitoring and management solutions for converged telecommunications and IT infrastructures, has declared the general availability of a Turnkey delivery option for its ReliaTel VoIP quality of service and Converged Infrastructure Management software.
Company announces that its ReliaTel solution delivers a platform-agnostic VoIP QoS and merged infrastructure management system in a single application, currently available in a fully-hosted or premises-based deployment and licensing option. The new solution, named as ReliaTel hybrid Turnkey model unites the best features of the premises-based and hosted models into a particular business offering that ensures financial, operational and managerial advantages for both managed service providers and businesses.

The ReliaTel Turnkey solutions physically is embedded into the corporate or MSP LAN environment, and includes full manufacturer supplied installation, management and support of the ReliaTel platform, being supported by a licensing incorporated into a monthly program instead of a outright purchase. By implementing this configuration, voice support teams use full advantages of ReliaTel to manage their converged voice environments, without the requirement to maintain the host platform, and without the necessity of an initial capital expenditure.
