Turkish bank deploys Cisco UC and VoIP infrastructure

VoIP giant Cisco, holding an unsurpassed name in unified communications environment, recently has enabled Turkish Isbank, one of the biggest regional bank in the country, to get all the advantages from these technologies. Isbank has implemented a dedicated Cisco Borderless Networks and Collaboration platform to improve business flexibility, facilitate product and service upgrading, thus massively enhancing overall level of customer satisfaction. As an element of the network improvement, the bank overhauled its on premises area networks (LANs), and wide area network (WAN) deploying Cisco gateways, switches and interfaces. The bank is dynamically deploying the new Cisco automated intelligent platform as the starting basis for further implementing a much wider spectrum of collaboration solutions. The network, empowered by Cisco engine, assists to the bank to deliver efficient connectivity among 25,000 employees and as far as 1,200 branches and detachments in Turkey and Europe, providing really secure data processing, VoIP comms and video related telepresence. Isbank massively improved routine business operations, as well as enhanced the level of customer satisfaction across the whole branch network, offers multichannel customer interaction management, and eases the whole process of collaboration over any mobile or PSTN device and from any geographical location.
