Two very substantial entities of the Unified Communications industry companies Transcend United Technologies and LiquidSpoke announced about the joint efforts to build up one of the fastest-growing UC technology resellers across continental US. The new organization will offer innovative capabilities working with Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, ShoreTel, Riverbed, LifeSize and other prominent industry vendors, thus taking the role of largest technology resellers.
The joint venture considerably grows Transcend United's scale and capability to operate on the markets and delivers massive capabilities to the company's Managed Services practice. Ax the resulting products line are the solutions for service desk, IP Telephony, Wireless, WAN Optimization, Videoconferencing, and Backup/ Recovery added by unique and innovative 24 x 7 Network Operations Center.

As a crucial element of Transcend United's expansion strategy, all LiquidSpoke executive management is joining the company in key positions. Transcend United looks forward to relocate its headquarters and Pennsylvania sales operations to LiquidSpoke's current Wayne, PA, location. Financial details of the deal were not revealed.
