Company Cleartronic, Inc. announced about revising its business plan and foreseen major corporate changes over the next oncoming months. Cleartronic is a technology holding company that works in fields of high tech businesses that are accretive to shareholder value. Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, VoiceInterop, Inc., is a manufacturer, vendor and integrator of enterprise and managed UC software applications and hardware devices that improve risk mitigation and working efficiencies.
The company's solutions employ standards-based technologies to connect quite incompatible communications items such as two-way radios, phones, PDAs and public address systems disregarding a geographic location of the objects. Cleartonic is currently incubating new businesses that leverage its core technology into high growth markets that may offer a huge shareholder return on investment.

"We have been in a hidden low profile mode for some time preparing for a re- launch of the company," said Larry Reid, President and CEO. "Our subsidiary venture VoiceInterop has started to perform significant growth.
