Vocalocity releases new VoIP phone services for SMBs
Enterprise Vocalocity, the substantial American cloud phone service provider for small businesses has released so called Microsoft Dynamics-integrated application integrated within dedicated Vocalocity Desktop. The operational integration is being performed through the Vocalocity Desktop and automatically fills in stored information as soon as a customer's phone rings.
As the Vocalocity Desktop instantly appears on the screen, customers can visually see all the activities in a log including a caller's name, company, job title, address, business phone, mobile phone, preferred phone, and email."As a business operators, we work on a robust customer relationship management system to be sure, that our staff stays on top of our leads, our prospects, and our customers, and the Vocalocity integration to our CRM system makes delivering great service infinitely in much more rapid and convenient ways," said Steve Bachman, CEO of AuditMyBooks and a Vocalocity business VoIP customer. "We are happy with the finding, that we don't have to leave the Vocalocity Desktop to attend critical information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, such as instant activity history, and the fact that Vocalocity Desktop automatically informs us if the incoming caller is a new lead, a hot prospect, or an existing customer." If the caller is a new prospect, Vocalocity customers can augment a new number and fill out all the required contact data in order to configure their lead database within Dynamics. If the caller is an existing client, customers can observe a full scaled call log in order to quickly and easily identify past interactions or solutions and conduct business more efficiently. Inbuilt applications like click-to-email and the ability to move between Vocalocity Desktop's other LinkedIn, Google, and Outlook applications provide the capabilities to gather caller information. The integration syncs in real-time with Microsoft Dynamics across an organization to strengthen collaboration and mitigate workflow redundancy. The ability to utilize the already powerful CRM with much less time consumption benefits Vocalocity customers by increasing their ability to build rapport with prospects, developing sales by drawing upon previous call logs, and enhancing productivity by eliminating steps to access critical data. "The Microsoft Dynamics application within Vocalocity Desktop makes our clientele to be in a much better position to sell and service associated customers," noted Wain Kellum, CEO at Vocalocity. "By easily integrating their existing Vocalocity hosted VoIP phone system with Microsoft Dynamics, customers are in a much better position to compete." The integration is free to Vocalocity customers for three months and then charged as a monthly add-on.
