Telecommunication Systems Division (Toshiba America)has announced the completed certification process of its IPedge VoIP business deployment telephony in accordance with the requirements of AT&T IP Flexible Reach SIP package and is readily available within Authorized Toshiba Dealers distribution network in North America.
Toshiba's product deployed with AT&T IP Flexible Reach SIP Trunking empowers businesses entities to collaborate their voice and digital data networks, improving effectiveness by maximizing the bandwidth utilization," explained Mark Carpenter from Toshiba America Information Systems Inc., Telecommunication Systems Division. "Having active SIP Trunking, IPedge users can fill in free volume of a bandwidth within the data network, grow up network traffic by means of signal compression technology to operate more voice traffic across the network, and leverage resources for more effective Return of Investment." IP Flexible Reach is a SIP trunking application that ensures integrated access for IP PBX, TDM PBX environments, backing up massive potential cost benefits by consolidation of voice and data, ensuring one provider, one signal transportation and one management options. Voice and data packets proceeding within the same transport delivers wider bandwidth for provisional utilization. This hosted VoIP communication solution contains specific calling plans that are designed for inbound and outbound calls processing on the data network, backing up local, U.S.national and international communications for business entities. Utility is supported by AT&T Managed Internet Service (MIS) and VPN dedicated services, ensuring functionalities to support consumers’ connectivity and bandwidth expectations.
