Enterprise Epygi Technologies, vendor of award-winning IP PBXs, gateways and dedicated conference servers, along with the VoIP phones authorized reseller VoIPLink, have combined the marketing effort to launch QX1000 Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) corporate level IP PBX.
This innovative VoIP phone solution can be attached and scaled by nearly 1,000 IP extensions and is operationally suitable with the a wide spectrum of enterprise-grade features such as Video/Audio conferencing, Barge-in, ACD for call centers, Call Recording, XML API, Find-me Follow-me, Microsoft Outlook incorporation, softphone utility. "Epygi is honored to expand the product selection beyond the small to medium business market. The QX1000 is the initiation of a new set of solutions specifically created for the enterprise market," noted Warren Sonnen, Epygi's director of product management. The new enterprise IP PBX software is a unique option ensuring redundant servers for organizations in need of a highest level of survivability. Being the SIP solution, QX1000 does not require traditional ports straightly on the application; however, all of the Epygi gateway products automatically configure with the QX1000. Company’s gateways can augment ports for FXS analog phones, FXO, ISDN BRI or E1/T1 port access to the PSTN. The IP PBX software is not associated with the costly maintenance agreements for software upgrades. All upgrades are provided at no extra cost, so there are no hidden fees with Epygi products, as boasted by company. The product is a future-proof investment due to company efforts to implement future enhancements to all its products with no additional cost. Epygi Technologies designs and manufactures products using its own IP PBX call manager software based on standard SIP technology. Earlier in February, Epygi Technologies announced that TMC, a global, integrated media company, has named QuadroM8L, an IP PBX system, as a recipient of the 2010 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award. According to the editors of INTERNET TELEPHONY, QuadroM8L displays quality and innovation and provides real needs in the marketplace.
