Windows based VoIP PBX provider company 3CX, has announced the selection of Micro United Networks (MUN) as an authorized 3CX Distributor in South-East Asia. Micro United already delivers and resells Grandstream products in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines and throughout the South-East Asian region.
By nomination and partnering with MUN, 3CX becomes the market player in South-East Asia in order to feed the industry with its 3CX Phone System. As a 3CX Distributor, MUN will collaborate together 3CX Phone System and 3CX selected Grandstream IP Phones. The procedures of supplying 3CX phone system, will be completely supported by MUN organized 3CX training and tutorials for all provisional 3CX resellers entities within South-East Asia. “With this partnership, we are sure we can add real value to our resellers with a unique product offering supplemented by our distribution support activities,” said Sathish Kumar, CEO, Micro United Network.3CX expects great opportunities in the rapidly growing South-East Asian markets. The competitively priced Windows-based VoIP PBX will enable their reseller partners to deliver turnkey VoIP systems and/or design their own custom based communication solution preconfigured and designed for the needs of end customers, company officials said. “With Micro United’s current product portfolio from Grandstream, NET/Quintum, Genband, & Hypermedia, the incorporating of 3CX will help our dedicated partners to deliver an integrated IT platform for voice, data and multimedia to enhance their customers’ productivity and performance goals,” Kumar stated. Company is already massively augmenting its sales in Asia. So, 3CX recently added its distributor MVC within the South Asian market. Micro United Networks’ appointment is a major step in covering the South-East Asian markets, company officials said. The partnership will also benefit Micro United’s’s existing and potential resellers.“ By combining 3CX and our other product ranges, we are confident that the partnership with 3CX offers our existing and prospective accounts the best business phone system features at just the right price,” said Kumar. “We will be informing our resellers with regards to the various discounts that will be available as well as informing all our partners when our first 3CX Training Event will take place.” Earlier this year, 3CX declared the opening of a new office in Zug, Switzerland, to expand marketing presence in that country.
