Zayo Group and T1Company sign the agreement
Enterprise Zayo, a vendor of bandwidth infrastructure built on fiber technologies and the T1Company, a provider of customer tailored high-speed access and hosted Cisco VoIP services, have signed the agreement for combined services in the Cleveland area market. The T1Company offers a wide range of Internet and traditional telecommunications services such as leased lines, managed firewall and VPN, hosted VoIP, web and email hosting, data storage and retrieval. The solution includes existing and newly constructed fiber and is scheduled to be complete in June 2011.
“Zayo is excited to have the T1Company as a new customer,” said Mike D’Angelo, General Manager for Zayo’s Northeast region. “We look forward to fostering the relationship and meeting T1’s additional bandwidth infrastructure needs in the future.”

“Zayo’s fiber will connect our data center to the heart of the business district in downtown Cleveland,” said Don Hemmelgarn, President of the T1Company. “This connectivity gives us the opportunity to provide affordable high-speed Ethernet and private line services to businesses we previously were not able to serve. Metro and wide area Ethernet services are simply the next evolution in our history of bringing leading edge technology and competitive advantage to our customers. We are pleased to have Zayo as our partner in this endeavor.”
