With our Virtual PBX, your employees, whether By adding a VOIP interface to the PBX we are able offer 30% plus savings on call rates. Other savings are internal calls by moving the VoIS on to your network and not through the Telco provider the call becomes an internal call from one extension to the other or one branch to the other thereby eliminating your Telco costs between branches. Some of customers are showing 50% savings. No need to worry about GSM breakouts onsite, saving customers even more money on rentals. We are on the Telecoms provider’s interconnects. Meaning that we don’t breakout a GSM call on Premi-cells or SIM farm, we are plugged in directly with providers on the backend. When a number is dialed it will do so from the provider’s backend infrastructure to the relevant destination. For example: When you make a mobile call you jump from one wireless tower to another into the GSM provider’s backend infrastructure and back out across towers to the mobile phone. This makes the call longer to establish and you do not always hear it ring and someone answers. The other benefits are increased time of call, increased call quality and Caller Line Identity. Our flexible phone number options extend more value to our customers by offering their own 087 number and/or a 011 number. The 011 number can be used in conjunction with your 0861 smart access number so that you can keep your number identity. Further to that it also provides fail-over inbound and out bound call routes should the relevant branch line be down. |
