BitCeptor provides both classical PBX functionality and advanced features over the Internet, and interoperates with traditional standards-based telephony systems and Voice over IP systems. We are also an authorized reseller and service centers for leading manufacturers selling through distribution brand-name VoIP/digital service and products. We market and team as a subcontractor with larger corporation and manufactures and their channel and major reseller providing high-quality engineering and technical support services for specific band name products. TelecoTech support the integration of hardware, software, peripherals, office automation products, desktop and laptop systems, and computer accessories to provision VoIP services. Our technical services are available for on-site technical support at an hourly rate, under short and long term fixed monthly service contracts, and also for remotely monitoring support services. Our Network Operation has reduction, redundancy, and full virtual backup and recovery with disaster recovery, security, and helpdesk support.
